For The Love Of You

Woke up with a smile, thinking of the times we’ve spent together as a family. In spite of being a merchant navy officer and being away for months, there have been so many good memories with my father. As a husband, a father, a friend, a homemaker he’s always been around. Memories, after four years, still just as fresh and fond. I miss it so much, and sometimes wonder why us? But there’s only so much that you can wonder about.

It’s sad to see families living together and yet so distant.

Love and express while they’re with you, ’cause when they’re not you only wish otherwise. And feel blessed you have something that a lot of us don’t.
